Dr. Michael “Dr. Mike” Gambacorta, DC, APRN-BC, is a dual-licensed provider delivering integrated, non-surgical solutions for spine, joint, and metabolic health. As a board-certified Family Medicine (APRN-BC) and Doctor of Chiropractic, he blends advanced practice medicine with chiropractic expertise to create coordinated, outcome-driven care plans for every patient he serves.

Dr. Mike is the Lead Provider at Myrtle Beach Spine & Wellness Center and the Medical Director of both Myrtle Beach Regenerative Medicine and Medical Weight Loss 4 You, where he oversees clinical quality and expands functional-medicine programs, regenerative therapies, and medical weight-loss strategies.

His clinical expertise includes advanced pain-management pathways, ultrasound-guided musculoskeletal and peripheral nerve injections, functional medicine, sports performance, TMJ/craniofacial pain, pregnancy care using the Webster Technique, spinal decompression, and EMG/NCV electro-diagnostics. A former Division I athlete, he brings a performance mindset to patient care, leadership, and clinical innovation.
